How about those pizza pinwheels made with Pillsbury crescent dough? Those always go over well!

Just got your comment on my blog - problem is she needs a 7pm bedtime as Morgan is 7:30 and I can't do them at the same time as there are nights when Brad isn't home.

I have NO problem just leaving her but her waking up Morgan is a problem as he needs his sleep (she doesn't as much) and when he doesn't get it, he's a whiny mess!

It was so easy with him as we just left him and oh well LOL Two is tricky, the logistics are hard with the second!

I think we will have to just leave her soon though, I just feel bad as it's after sleeping 9 hours, you know? If she wakes up after sleeping a couple hours, I always leave her and she goes back to sleep but at the 9 hour mark she is SOOOO loud and the girl has staying power, she can go on and on and on forever! Little monkey!

I think she is trying to move to one nap a day though so that might help wear her out!

PS As IF I would get up 2x a night with a two year old, not in this house LOL

go to the kraftfoods.com website or allrecipes.com. They have tons of ideas. Allrecipes you can search for something by ingredient. And kraft does a lot of no to little prep recipes. The trick with making things look good is all about presentation, so put it on a pretty platter and you will be good to go. Try hummus in a pretty bowl with pita chips surrounding it. You can buy everything already made. A veggie tray is also super easy since all you need to mix up is dip, again presentation is so easy.

Or make something springy like pasta salad. Buy tri-color pasta, cook like normal then add finely chopped carrots, cucumbers, red onion and red or green peppers. After the pasta cools, pour on about 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegarette and top the whole mess with some feta. Looks so pretty and fancy.

If you need any other ideas, let me know!

Hot Artichoke Dip

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pack italian seasoning (the kind you use for salad dressing)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces. Add mayonnaise, italian mix, and parmesan cheese. Mix all together. Place in oven safe Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and bubbly on top. Serve with Plain Melba Rounds.

Yum-o!
